Project 1 - Case Study and Documentation of Building Services Systems

In this project, as a group we are required to choose a building of at least 4 storey high then perform a study and analysis of the building's services systems included
i) Mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning system
ii) Electrical supply system
iii) Mechanical transportation system
iv) Fire protection system

A report explaining the functions of building services system is carried out.

2 Presentation boards of project summary

Through out the project, I have better understanding about the overall services system that runs a building, it was a very good experience by learning through case study, we can see the real running process of the services. I have also learned some real life experience through communicating with the workers that runs the system.


Project 2 :
In this project, we're required to use the studio 2 design and apply the building services that we've learned into the building including Electrical supply, Water supply, Storm Water Drainage system and Sewerage system.

After the completion of this project, I've better understanding of drawing schematic diagrams for the building services systems and the way of applying the systems into a building.
